Login Questions:
Where does my login information go?
All your private login information is kept securely on our database. Your information is considered private and is not shared, sold, or otherwise distributed. In the future, we will develop a mailing list for store specials, etc., but our intention is to ask for your permission before adding you to this list. Credit card numbers are NOT retained in our database.
What happens if I forget my password?
We have developed a system to automate this. All you need to do is to enter your email address (login) and your secret question and answer (for added security) and the password we have on file would be emailed to you. If you experience any errors with this system, you can send an email to webmaster@melcomart.com for more help.

Melco Mart is a Super-Store. We have lots of individual items, and because we have such a large selection, it can be intimidating and confusing to browse the various items. We have created a good set of departments to help group similar items (and varieties of like items). But even with this layout, we know because of sheer volume it can still be tough. So we have developed a good search engine to help you find what you need quickly. The engine crawls the database and can find keywords from the description of items, or it can find item numbers. So whether this is your first time here, or you're a Melco Mart veteran, we hope we can put you in touch with the item you're after quickly and easily. |

Technical Questions:
Why do I need to have cookies enabled?
To shop at Melco Mart you should have cookies enabled. If you do not have cookies enabled the contents of your shopping cart will be lost if you leave the store portion of our site. We also use cookie information to automatically login registered users so there's no hassle logging in every time you visit us!
So what are cookies and how do I enable them?
Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. Cookies cannot harm your computer and do not contain any personal or private information.
How to enable cookies:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Security" tab.
The default selection, "Medium", supports cookies, but you can click on the "Custom Level" button to check.
Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the radio button next to "Enable" is selected in both options.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
On a PC:
Select View -> Internet Options and click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the circle next to "Always accept cookies" is selected.
On a Macintosh:
Select Edit -> Preferences.
Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0
Choose View -> Options and click on the "Advanced" tab.
Make sure that "Warn before accepting a cookie" is unchecked.
Netscape Communicator 4.0
Choose Edit -> Preferences and click on the "Advanced" option.
Select the radio button next to "Accept all cookies" and click "OK".
Netscape Navigator 3.0
Open "Network Preferences" under Options.
Click on the "Protocols" tab and ensure that the box next to "Accepting A Cookie" is unchecked.
